Invite and welcome you to join us at the Gladstone Hotel: 1214 Queen Street West on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 for his first ever music video release. Doors open at 7PM; event start time is for 8PM.
At this event you will experience Michael Martins distinct countertenor voice and be taken into the deep and intimate inner workings of Michael's heart and mind. Caught In Your Asylum (single & video released): is a universal story we all have experienced, we have at one point or another been stuck in an abuse, addictive and toxic love affair where our freedom almost seems impossible!
The event will also have a press conference portion, THE EXCLUSIVE PRESENTATION of Michael's new album: songs performed (acoustically), and much much more in terms of performances. It will be a worth wild night to come out to, filled with great music, visions and of course MICHAEL MARTINS undeniable talent.
Please be aware that your ticket includes a complimentary drink.

TicketLeap is a reputable ticket broker striving to provide services in obtaining and selling, at a premium, tickets for sporting, concert and other entertainment events, which is brokering for MICHAEL MARTINS MUSIC INC.
By using and ordering through the services on this website, you, the costumer, hereby irrevocably agree to the following terms and conditions, which are essential to the services being offered by TicketLeap, and without which the latter would not have provided said services and would not have entered into the transactions described herein. By placing an order, it is understood that you, the costumer, has read, understood and agreed to each of the following terms and conditions.
WARRANTY
TicketLeap in no way assures that by using the services you will receive the best tickets for the events listed at the best possible prices. Furthermore, and without limitation to the foregoing, the services provided may be limited by your choice of seating, ticket availability, laws and regulations of the location of the event, and limitations originating from the source of the tickets in question.
PURCHASE POLICY
By placing an order, you, the consumer, recognize that all purchases are final and non refundable. Without limitation to the foregoing, TicketLeap assumes no responsibility except against you the consumer and shall not be bound by any instructions that may be given by you or by any variation to the present terms and conditions made by you in any manner whatsoever. In the event that any check, credit card or other form of payment you tender to us is declined, or refused or if you fail to pay for any tickets or services, we shall be entitled to its costs of collection including court costs and reasonable attorney fees and expenses. You, the consumer, recognize that the purchase price of the tickets contains a service charge or brokerage fee which has been added to the face value of the tickets, which you fully accept to pay without contestation.
All orders are subject to ticket availability. Also, should TicketLeap fail to deliver to the consumer the full quantity of tickets contracted for, MICHAEL MARTINS MUSIC INC., sole obligation or liability shall be limited to the refund to you any deposits and/or payments for undelivered tickets previously made by you under this Agreement.
DELIVERY
Due to the large quantity of orders placed on this site, we do reserve the right to deliver tickets for any order as late as the day of the event. Day of event delivery may be made by, but not limited to, will-call at the venue box office, courier to your hotel if time allows, or courier of the tickets to you personally at a location to be determined outside the venue. If you have not received your tickets two days before the date of the event please call our office at 416.826.1485 from 9am to 5pm EST, Monday to Friday to receive delivery instructions. You may need picture ID to receive your tickets if delivery is made to you in person.
Please keep your tickets in a safe place. MICHAEL MARTINS MUSIC INC., & TicketLeap will not be responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We only accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For other payment methods please contact us at 416.826.1485.
AMENDMENTS TO THE PRESENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS MICHAEL MARTINS INC., reserves the right to change the present terms and conditions prior to delivery of the tickets with proper notification to the consumer. Should you, the consumer, accept delivery of the tickets following said notification, it will be deemed that you are in agreement to the amended terms and conditions.

As a result, MICHAEL MARTINS MUSIC INC. and TicketLeap expressly reserves the right to cancel any and all purchases made on this site. Without limitation to the waiver hereinabove, MICHAEL MARTINS MUSIC INC., and TicketLeap will use its best efforts to notify you of any such cancellation. In the event of such cancellation, MICHAEL MARTINS MUSIC INC. and TicketLeap's sole responsibility will be a refund of the purchase price.
In the present section, the term “technical problems” means electronic or computer malfunctions and/or breakdowns, and pricing errors originating from the present website. It will be the consumer’s sole responsibility to verify any possible inconsistency or discrepancy in the ticket location, description, and/or price by notifying MICHAEL MARTINS MUSIC INC., and TicketLeap. In the event of such inconsistency or discrepancy, MICHAEL MARTINS MUSIC INC., and TicketLeap will only accept refunds for gross inconsistencies and discrepancies resulting from technical problems and only if the tickets are returned within a reasonable delay.
EVENT CANCELLATION
TicketLeap shall in no way be responsible for event cancellation nor shall we be responsible to advise you of said cancellation. However, in the event that you return the tickets purchased thirty (30) days from the announcement of a cancellation, TicketLeap & MICHAEL MARTINS MUSIC INC., undertakes to refund you of the full purchase price of the tickets purchased. Other than the foregoing, TicketLeap shall not be responsible for any inconveniences, costs and/or expenses resulting from cancellations. No refunds will be given without the original tickets. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Postponed or rescheduled events will not be refunded.
JURISDICTION
This agreement will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario applicable to contracts entered into and performed exclusively in Ontario. Any court of competent jurisdiction sitting in Ontario will be the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement. You hereby waive any argument that any such court does not have jurisdiction over any dispute or that the venue in any such court is not appropriate or convenient. In accordance with Ontario Law, the parties agree that the present terms and conditions be drafted in the English language.
